You will collaborate with the Office Manager and HR, handling timecards, wage rates, CPRs, and audit-ready reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional communication with employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Process multistate payrolls for hourly and salaried staff in CA and NV.
• Prepare and upload CPRs per federal/state requirements and CBAs.
• Validate job classifications and CBAs by employee and project.
• Process salary adjustments, garnishments, and retroactive payments.
• Monitor benefits, fringes, and payment dates; assist audits.
• Reconcile timecards and work records in systems like Vista/Procore.
• Prepare union and government reports and maintain audit-ready records.
• Assist with California Prevailing Wage compliance as applicable.
• Access time and attendance data and compile payroll reports as needed.
• Create monthly payroll reports for management and executives.
• Support special payroll/HR projects as directed.
