Job summary

TitleEase LLC seeks a high-performance Closer Manager/Escrow Officer to command the production and documentation of real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, prepare and audit closings, clear title issues, and coordinate with lenders and realtors to ensure timely closings at the highest accuracy. A senior-level, multi-state background is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior closing or title role with a multi-state production background.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate title process, TRID/RESPA compliance.
• Ability to drive complex files to close with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• File ownership and technical management of a high-volume multi-state production pipeline.
• Prepare and audit Closing Disclosures, HUD-1, and conveyance documents with penny-perfect accuracy.
• Review title commitments and lender instructions to clear complex requirements for a clear-to-close status.
• Coordinate with lenders and realtors to ensure timely closing documentation for all parties.
• Organize complete closing packages in recordable form per local requirements.
