Job summary

titleeasefranchise seeks a Closer Manager/Escrow Officer to command production and documentation of real estate transactions across multiple states. You will own the process from contract to ready-to-close, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will prepare and audit CDs and HUD-1, review title commitments, coordinate with lenders and realtors, and deliver flawless closing packages that meet local requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior closing or title experience across multiple states.
• Expert knowledge of TRID/RESPA compliance and settlement software.
• Ability to independently manage production and time-sensitive decisions with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, multi-state closing pipeline from contract to ready-to-close.
• Prepare and audit Closing Disclosures (CD), HUD-1, and conveyance documents; balance taxes/fees to the penny.
• Review title commitments and lender instructions to clear complex requirements for a clear to close.
• Coordinate with lenders and realtors to ensure timely closing with accurate documentation.
• Prepare, review, and organize closing packages in recordable form per local standards.
