TitleEase Franchise seeks a high-performance Closer Manager/Escrow Officer to lead production and documentation of real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You will own the file process from contract to ready-to-close with precision.

Responsibilities include preparing settlement documents, auditing CDs and HUD-1, clearing title issues, and coordinating with lenders and realtors to ensure timely closings while maintaining exacting standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior closing or title role across multiple states.
• Expert knowledge of real estate title process, TRID/RESPA compliance, and settlement software (Qualia, Resware).
• Ability to independently manage high-volume file production with precision.

Responsibilities

• File ownership and technical management of multi-state closings, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare and audit CDs, HUD-1, and conveyance documents with precise tax/fees handling.
• Examine title commitments and lender instructions to clear requirements.
• Coordinate with lenders and realtors to ensure timely closings.
• Organize closing packages so instruments are recordable per local standards.
