AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a leadership-support role to oversee daily operations of a medical practice site and coordinate staff. This position acts as a bridge between administration, physicians and patients to ensure top-quality care.

You will manage performance, ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and collaborate with support services to maintain a safe, efficient environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires English language proficiency, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payors preferred.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy rules and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational goals.
• Liaises with patients, government agencies, and third-party payers on-site.
• Conducts regular staff evaluations and probationary reviews.
• Acts as liaison between administration, physicians and staff.
• Coordinates daily operations of the medical practice site.
• Recruits, orients, counsels, and evaluates staff for quality patient care.
• Maintains infection control and OSHA standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Leads quality initiatives and safety functions for patient care.
• Collaborates with support services to ensure a safe environment.
• Resolves patient complaints and manages billing processes.
