Responsibilities include liaison with patients and payors, overseeing charges and collections, and maintaining infection control standards. A strong background in healthcare administration and 2+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and third-party payors (preferred).
• Professional communication and listening skills.
• Mature judgment when dealing with patients, physicians, and insurers.
• Ability to operate office equipment and multi-task effectively.
• Basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as liaison for patients, government agencies, and payors on-site.
• Coordinate daily operations of the medical practice site and manage staff performance.
• Counsel and develop staff, handle disciplinary processes as needed.
• Ensure infection control, HIPAA compliance, and OSHA standards.
• Lead quality initiatives and collaborate with support services to maintain a safe environment.
• Handle patient complaints and ensure efficient billing and collections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
