AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a healthcare administrator with leadership experience to oversee daily clinic operations. You will liaise with patients, government agencies, and payers while guiding staff and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and OSHA.

The role requires 2+ years in a healthcare setting, strong communication skills, and a focus on quality patient care. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a day-one benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payors (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a healthcare setting.
• Strong patient-focused approach and customer service mindset.
• Basic medical terminology and HIPAA privacy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction aligned with organizational goals.
• Acts as a liaison for patients, agencies, and payers at each practice site.
• Coordinates daily operations of the medical practice.
• Counsels staff, develops teams, and uses disciplinary processes as needed.
• Leads quality initiatives and maintains infection control and OSHA standards.
• Resolves patient complaints and ensures efficient billing and AR controls.
• Recruits, orients, and evaluates staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensures accurate charges, billing, and collections.
