Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced medical office preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Positive, customer-focused approach with commitment to patient care.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment while juggling tasks and demands.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; additional languages desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic medical terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register arriving patients warmly.
• Answer calls promptly, assess priority, and direct as needed.
• Schedule new patient appointments; inform patients of prep requirements.
• Review Televox daily reports to confirm appointments and communications.
• Collect co-pays and explain payment policies.
• Maintain a clean, inviting waiting area and restock as needed.
