Job summary

Translate strategic goals into site plans, oversee budgeting, and collaborate with clinical leaders to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, or related field preferred, or 4+ years in healthcare operations/site management.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare setting.
• Experience coordinating across multiple service lines (primary care, behavioral health, dental, etc.) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership for one or more multidisciplinary healthcare sites.
• Translate organizational goals into site-level execution plans with regulatory alignment.
• Design, implement, and refine workflows to optimize patient access, flow, staff utilization, and productivity.
• Monitor site productivity metrics and lead initiatives to improve access and throughput.
• Lead continuous quality improvement and participate in audits and compliance reviews.
• Oversee site budgets, expenses, and revenue cycle activities; support forecasting.
• Recruit, develop, and manage staff; ensure effective performance management.
