Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multidisciplinary healthcare sites, including Primary Care, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, Dental, and more. You will translate goals into actionable site plans, design workflows, and improve patient access while ensuring fiscal accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or 4+ years of healthcare operations leadership.
• Min 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience coordinating across Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, and Specialty services.
• Experience partnering with clinical providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership for multidisciplinary healthcare sites.
• Translate organizational goals into site-level execution plans.
• Design and refine operational workflows to optimize patient access and provider productivity.
• Monitor site productivity metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
• Lead site-level quality improvement efforts and ensure compliance with standards.
