Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks a Site Manager to lead daily operations across multiple healthcare sites, including Primary Care, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, and Dental. You will drive patient access, staffing efficiency, and revenue performance while maintaining high quality and fiscal accountability.

You will supervise site staff, collaborate with clinical leaders, and implement processes to improve patient experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in healthcare operations.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and operational workflows across multiple service lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership for one or more multidisciplinary healthcare sites, ensuring coordinated, efficient, and patient-centered operations.
• Translate organizational goals into site-level execution plans aligned with priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and refine operational workflows to optimize patient access, flow, staff utilization, and provider productivity.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Monitor site productivity metrics and dashboards and lead initiatives to improve access and throughput.
• Lead site-level continuous quality improvement by analyzing operational data and sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Oversee site budgets, expenses, and revenue cycle activities to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
