Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in maintenance related field(s).
• Basic Electric class completion at internal training facility.
• Completion of internal maintenance classes within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, tiling, masonry and appliances.
• Address, follow up and document service requests.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and inspections as scheduled.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Ensure all work and documentation meet quality standards.
• Contribute to community and company engagement efforts.
