Responsibilities

• Address service requests, document actions, and follow up as required.
• Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, and related components.
• Repair and replace carpentry elements including doors, trim, floors and cabinets.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and participate in on-call rotation.
• Keep work areas and documentation compliant with quality standards.
