Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready inspections, and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for occasional travel. Onsite work at Greystar-managed properties across Texas is required with competitive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• Occasional travel may be required to assist other properties or attend trainings.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Obtains materials and coordinates with vendors by tracking inventory and reordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Cleans and maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
