Job summary

Rodney Hunt is seeking a Manufacturing and Service Technician to support manufacturing, maintenance, and field service operations. The role combines machining, assembly, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep production lines running efficiently.

This position requires hands-on skills in reading blueprints, operating CNC and other production equipment, and performing inspections to ensure quality. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and drawings to ensure tolerances.
• Operate CNC, bandsaw, drill press safely.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify quality.
• Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Read work orders and verify materials and dimensions.
• Inspect components and document results.
• Provide field service support and customer site service.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S.
