Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair complex electromechanical manufacturing equipment at customer sites.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of field service or equipment maintenance experience, strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and customer-service skills, and be willing to travel 50–75% overnight. You will work with PLCs, servo drives, CNC controls, and train customers while maintaining detailed service records

Qualifications

• Two to five years of field service or maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong knowledge of high- and low-voltage systems.
• Proficiency with a multimeter.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and motion-control systems.
• Ability to read pneumatic schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with common hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills and digital service records.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair complex electromechanical manufacturing equipment at customer locations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics involving high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
• Use multimeter to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, servo drives, and motion-control systems.
• Diagnose issues with servo drives, motors, and CNC controls.
• Read pneumatic schematics and disassemble/reassemble assemblies.
• Provide operator training and document service calls and communications.
