Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of machine shop safety practices, Lockout/Tagout, and PPE.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, perform machining, fabrication, assembly, and inspection.
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet design specifications.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections and document results.
• Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues and support maintenance tasks.
• Travel to customer sites for field service as needed.
• Mentor and train newer team members and maintain a safe work environment.
