Job summary

ML Property Group seeks a Service Technician to aid the Service Manager in maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment across communities. You will diagnose and repair carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues daily, with a flexible schedule including on-call shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in apartment maintenance, English fluency, and a HS diploma (college degree preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks across carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Responds to resident service requests and emergencies within 24 hours.
• Assists in make-readies and property inspections.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to safety policies.
• On-call, weekends/evenings/holidays availability as needed.
