Job summary

MRK Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-call support across assigned properties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical systems, restoring vacated apartments, snow removal, janitorial tasks, and daily property cleaning. Applicants should have a high school diploma, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and be prepared for weekend/evening on-call duties; HVAC/OSHA knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of maintenance or construction experience.
• On-call for weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and machinery repair.
• EPA/OSHA/HVAC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventive maintenance.
• Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents.
• Removes snow, ice and debris from sidewalks, walkways, and parking areas.
• Completes janitorial requirements according to schedule.
• Responds to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Patrols property daily and maintains grounds and common areas.
