Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) for a part-time role. You will repair and maintain building systems, complete work orders, and support preventive maintenance across our campuses.

The position requires 2–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a leading senior living provider.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain physical structures of commercial/residential buildings.
• Complete assigned work orders using carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
