Job summary
Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair building and systems. The role requires multi-trade skills across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance, with a valid SC driver’s license and 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license with a good driving record.
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience in commercial facilities, schools, or communities.
- HVAC Universal certification is a plus.
- Reasonable computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and respond to fire alarm and sprinkler system issues and emergencies.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing problems including toilet plunging and pipe work.
- Troubleshoot electrical and appliance problems and perform basic repairs.
- Perform HVAC maintenance including filter changes and coil cleaning.
- Maintain tools and equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
- Move and assemble furniture as needed.
- Repair sheetrock and paint damaged areas.
- Set up landscape irrigation systems.
