Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a maintenance technician to provide reliable repairs and preventative maintenance across facilities, grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, using hand and power tools, and ensuring safety and cleanliness for residents and staff.

You will have a high school diploma baseline, be able to communicate effectively, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to a safe, comfortable living environment within campus facilities in Illinois.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and certifications in applicable field.
• 1+ year experience in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance orders.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems using appropriate tools.
• Be available for on-call maintenance as needed.
