Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a maintenance technician to keep facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair. You will contribute to resident safety, well‑being and comfort across a range of trades including carpentry and electrical work.

Responsibilities include inspecting systems, diagnosing issues, using hand and power tools, supporting event setups, and joining on‑call rotations. Requires high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and 1+ year experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and applicable field certifications.
• 1+ year of maintenance or facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance per supervisor.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness; identify repairs.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist with event setups, deliveries and moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Be available for on‑call schedule.
