Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping tasks across our communities. You will operate under the Maintenance Supervisor, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks, and ensure residents receive excellent service.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on staffing levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are stored safely to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
