Job summary

CYM Living LLC is seeking a Work Order Team Member to support the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of residential properties. The role involves hands-on custodial work beyond basic upkeep, including power washing, trash-outs, carpet cleaning, and appliance handling.

You will travel between properties throughout the day using a personal pickup truck and participate in after-hours on-call rotations. We require a strong, reliable candidate with a valid driver's license and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Hands-on custodial and light maintenance experience is expected.
• Ability to travel between multiple properties and participate in on-call rotations.
• Personal pickup truck is required for transporting items and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial, janitorial, facilities, or property maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete daily work orders issued by the Custodian Supervisor.
• Travel between assigned properties as needed throughout the day.
• Perform custodial tasks beyond routine upkeep, including power washing and appliance cleaning.
• Complete trash-outs and move/haul bulk debris and appliances.
• Shampoo and extract carpets in units and common areas.
• Perform light maintenance such as touch-up painting and minor repairs.
• Replace bulbs, ballasts, and other basic fixtures.
• Assist with appliance installation/removal and furniture moves as directed.
• Provide overflow pest control support as needed after extermination treatments.
• Operate pressure washers and carpet extractors and transport equipment between sites.
• Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal snow removal.
