Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep at a scattered-site apartment community. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance.

You will participate in an on-call rotation every other week to handle after-hours emergencies and help ensure a safe, well-kept property for residents.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect properties.
• Own basic tools; ladders and specialty tools may be property specific.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, heating, and general repairs.
• Handle groundskeeping including trash pickup, snow removal, and lawn care.
• Communicate with the manager on work orders and provide status updates.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule.
