Job summary

CYM Living is seeking a reliable Custodian to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance across multiple residential properties. This hands-on role covers daily upkeep of common areas, light maintenance, seasonal groundskeeping, and snow removal.

Expect travel between properties and participation in an on-call rotation to handle after-hours needs. Qualifications include a high school diploma and prior custodial or facilities experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, basements, laundry rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors; operate cleaning equipment.
• Remove trash and disinfect restrooms and fixtures; wash interior windows as needed.
• Perform seasonal snow/ice removal and light maintenance tasks.
• Travel between properties; respond to work orders; participate in on-call rotation.
