Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs.
• Complete repairs promptly and follow safety standards and operating procedures.
• Maintain equipment maintenance and service logs, inventory, and records.
• Repair vacated rooms and prepare spaces for new residents.
• Ensure walls, floors, doors, and woodwork in common areas are well-maintained.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and inventory, and restock as needed.
• Coordinate with local inspectors and authorities as required.
• Work within local and state codes and regulations.
