Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-Site Resident Services Coordinator to support two or more properties, delivering outstanding resident service and a welcoming living environment.

You will work closely with the Property Manager, Leasing Specialists, and site teams to manage resident programs, communications, events, and daily operations, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and smooth operations across multiple communities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; PM experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Property management software experience preferred.
• Creative mindset for designing and delivering community events.
• Customer-service oriented; able to interact with residents and vendors.
• Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required (for operating golf carts if applicable).

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for resident support and issue resolution.
• Greet residents, prospects, and guests; provide tours as needed.
• Coordinate move-in/out processes, elevator times, and guest suites.
• Manage package deliveries and resident notifications.
• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure tour-ready condition.
• Plan and promote resident events using common areas.
• Create monthly resident communications and manage portal posts.
• Develop relationships with local vendors to offer resources.
• Assist with tours and marketing materials to meet property goals.
• Monitor budgets for program expenses and track spend.
• Liaise between residents and Property Manager; relay feedback.
