Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist to join a 2‑month contract in Fort Smith, AR. This onsite role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and involves drawing blood, labeling specimens, and preparing samples for laboratory testing.

You will interact with patients and maintain a professional, accurate workflow. Responsibilities include following safety procedures, performing data entry, and maintaining records while traveling to multiple Patient Service Center locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent — Required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV and WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples and prepare them for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and tube labeling for accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Provide safe, professional interactions with patients and staff.
• Support multiple locations and adapt to flexible scheduling.
