Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist to work onsite in El Dorado, KS on a 2‑month contract. You will draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing, interacting with patients to build trust while adhering to safety and confidentiality standards.

You'll cover multiple sites with overtime expectations, travel as needed, and must be eligible to work in the U.S. Pay rate is $21.50–$23.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric/geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Collect/prepare specimens following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling after venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image with patients and staff.
