Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist in Winnsboro, SC for a contract role with onsite duties at multiple patient service locations. The candidate must obtain proper work authorization in the U.S. and be able to travel to various centers; shift includes weekdays and some weekends with overtime potential.

Responsibilities include drawing blood, labeling specimens correctly, and maintaining patient confidentiality while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (MA or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide a safe, professional environment and clear patient communication.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Support multiple patient locations with flexible scheduling.
