Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect blood samples across patient service centers and in-office locations. The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work at multiple sites with short notice.

Onsite position with a 6-month contract, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri. A high school diploma is required, with medical training and phlebotomy certification preferred. Travel and flexible hours are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training or certification is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred and required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Perform phlebotomy and processing duties following procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and tube labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
