Washington Integrative Foot & Ankle is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to handle a high volume of calls, schedule appointments, and support the Kirkland and Everett offices.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, accurately document messages, and help maintain up-to-date patient contact information in a fast-paced environment. Prior healthcare or call center experience is preferred, with on-the-job training available.

Responsabilidades

• Answers a high volume of calls and schedules appointments for all patients with a high degree of accuracy
• Communicates clearly on the phone and accurately documents and assigns messages
• Confirms and updates contact information for all patients at every contact
• Makes follow-up calls for any messages left
• Documents appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status appropriately
• Delivers all communications with excellent customer service
• Be courteous and professional for all patient interactions
• Routes calls to appropriate staff for swift resolution
