Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in fast-paced scheduling or call center environments preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus, willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume of calls and schedule patient appointments.
• Document and relay messages accurately; update patient contact information.
• Ensure courteous patient interactions and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Record appointment statuses: scheduled, rescheduled, canceled, or completed.
• Maintain patient records with attention to detail and privacy.
