Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a Floating Patient Coordinator to join our team across multiple Monmouth and Ocean County locations, including Neptune, Middletown, Red Bank, Brick, and Toms River. The role focuses on front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and accurate data entry.

You will support the team by meeting office goals, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining patient confidentiality in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and optimize room utilization.
• Complete insurance verifications and obtain authorizations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Notify providers of arrivals and delays to keep schedules on track.
• Maintain patient accounts and collect charges while protecting privacy.
• Contribute to team goals and support office operations.
