Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations or medical front desk preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone and answer inquiries.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; coordinate with providers.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Enter and maintain patient information and records accurately.
• Keep appointments on schedule and notify providers of delays.
• Manage patient accounts, charges, and payments.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow policies.
