You will perform general upkeep, preventive maintenance, and on-call duties, using plumbing/electrical knowledge and hand/power tools. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to company safety standards.

Qualifications

• General plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Ability to read repair manuals.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Handle snow removal during winter conditions.
• Maintain a customer-centered service culture with residents and staff.
• Keep confidentiality of resident information.
• Maintain attractive appearance and turnover of apartments.
• Document inspections and identify hazards.
• Be available for emergencies after hours or on weekends.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.
• Assist with third-party inspections as needed.
• Complete OSHA10 training.
