Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to support maintenance across Devon House, Coventry House, and Tall Trees in Tiffin, OH. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, prepare apartments for new residents, and respond promptly to resident requests.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, ability to read manuals, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained communities while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain positive interactions with residents to enhance community image.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Turnover of apartments including cleaning, painting, and repairs as needed.
• Utilize company databases and software programs.
• Identify maintenance problems and take appropriate actions.
• Document regular property inspections for defects and safety concerns.
• Be available and on-call for emergencies after hours, weekends, or holidays.
