Woda Cooper's Harmony Greene in Pooler, GA is seeking a Service Technician to maintain apartments and grounds, perform preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to resident requests in a resident-focused community.

You will work closely with the property team, provide safe, clean, and well-maintained spaces, and help ensure a positive resident experience while complying with company policies and OSHA standards. Must have plumbing/electrical knowledge and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to read/speak English and follow written/spoken directions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience in maintenance preferred.
• Comfort with general plumbing and electrical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair apartments and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to resident requests.
• Assist with turnover, cleaning, painting, and basic repairs as needed.
• Utilize company databases/software programs as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
