As a Service Technician you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and prepare apartments for new residents while supporting resident satisfaction and a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, speak English, and follow written and oral directions.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Handle snow removal during snow events after hours and on weekends when needed.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and curb appeal.
• Document daily/weekly/monthly property inspections for defects and hazards.
• Be available and on-call for emergencies after hours, weekends, or holidays.
• Support OSHA10 training and participate in required inspections.
