Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. seeks a Senior Service Technician to support maintenance operations across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Ohio.

The role involves preventative maintenance, complex repairs, apartment turns, and problem-solving across multiple properties. You will work closely with Community Managers, Service Technicians, and regional leadership to keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering exceptional resident service and upholding the

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interact positively with residents and the public to enhance the community image and ensure superior resident retention.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Create and maintain a customer-centered service culture by providing proactive hospitality with prospects, residents, family members and fellow team members.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and curb appeal.
• Perform turnover of apartments, including trash out, cleaning, painting, carpet shampooing and other repairs as directed.
• Respond to safety hazards and ensure walkways are clear, especially during winter months.
• Document monthly property inspections for defects and safety concerns.
• Be available for emergency calls after hours and on weekends and holidays as assigned.
