Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician at Sterling Greene in Fayetteville, TN. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and help prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

You will work closely with the property management team and participate in OSHA10 training, contributing to a high-quality, resident-focused community.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image and ensure superior resident retention.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Must be available and on-call for emergencies after hours, weekends, holidays or as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance with designated maintenance uniform required by company policy.
