Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Floating Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance tasks at our Las Vegas properties. You will repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry, while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and timely work order completion, plus on-call support for emergencies. Strong communication and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties per supervisor.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC as directed.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance and inspect grounds for safety.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and customer service to residents and staff.
