Responsibilities include repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and general grounds maintenance, plus proactive routines and safety compliance. You will maintain the work order system and assist in emergencies, maintaining a professional resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor or property manager.
• Address electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance repairs as needed.
• Maintain work order system and ensure orders are completed to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with property emergencies and participate in on-call maintenance assignments.
