Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to tackle a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks on-site. You will support the maintenance supervisor and property manager while upholding top-tier customer service and curb appeal for the assigned property.

The role requires basic maintenance and carpentry skills, plus the ability to read schedules, work orders, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed.
• Carry out general carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, tile repair.
