Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties while delivering high standards of customer service and curb appeal. You will work under the maintenance supervisor and property manager to ensure timely repairs and safe, attractive properties.

The role requires basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or property management experience preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain orderly work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance.
• Promote safety and exceptional curb appeal for residents.
