Avenue5 Residential seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks and ensure high standards of customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

Responsibilities include repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance, plus preventative tasks, safety checks, and timely work-order completion. Strong focus on resident satisfaction and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks as required.
• Carry out proactive preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, and safety checks.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas to uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal or weather-related incidents.
