Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Multisite) to oversee daily maintenance across several communities in the Puget Sound area. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate repairs, manage vendor relations, and ensure safety and standards to provide a high-quality living environment for residents.

Travel to assigned sites is required. The ideal candidate has a 1-year certificate or related experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and a commitment to reliability

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of maintenance staff
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and technical documents
• Strong planning and budgeting capabilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather
• Commitment to professionalism and customer service
• Availability for after-hours emergency calls

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage and staff management
• Inspect facilities and determine service needs, resources, and staffing
• Assign, oversee, and prioritize maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks
• Direct contracted projects to ensure quality and adherence to specs
• Purchase supplies and manage department budget
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and costs; prepare cost reports
• Review contractor bids and approve as needed
• Support property upkeep, including cleaning and unit turnovers
• Participate in meetings and training sessions
• Promote safety and address safety concerns promptly
