Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote its communities and drive occupancy while delivering exceptional resident experiences. Reporting to the Community Manager or Area Sales Manager, you will manage tours, leads, and leasing administration across assigned properties.

You'll blend sales skills with customer service, coordinate schedules, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available homes and market trends, including weekend availability and events.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of apartment housing laws is helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work weekends and a varied schedule.
• Reliable transportation for property site visits is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Vivmark Residential brand and coordinates on-site presence at properties.
• Manages leads and customer experience using CRM at assigned communities.
• Completes CRM tasks within required timeframes and schedules tours.
• Closely follows up with prospective residents to close leases.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all community features and occupancy goals.
• Supports marketing efforts and coordinates resident events as needed.
• Assists residents with payments and account inquiries and communicates with teams.
